Very friendly people, clean and well equipped apartment Excellent location for Dolomites trips The Südtirol travel card was a great inspiration to use the public transport (La Val, Alta Badia, Bruneck, Kronplatz..etc)

Our stay was really pleasant, the apartment was very spacious, much bigger than usual 1 BR apartments, good floor heating, nicely appointed, clean and tidy. Mrs Ruth who greeted us was really friendly and helpful. Big additional plus for the spacious garage, heated ski room and general feeling of peace and quiet in the building (just to stress that there were not many other people during our stay in March). You can see the ski slopes and gondola from the living room window which is really nice!

Location is not perfect, being slightly out of town. It is walkable to town centre and ski lifts, however in the winter time and carrying the ski gear, much better solution is to use your car. Apart from really small basic bakery-convenience store, there is nothing else around, so you will need to go to town centre for everything. The good thing is that (at least in March) finding free parking spots is not an issue in this town (restaurants, shops, ski lift area) so if you come by car, no location problem at all!

Good apartment.

In the apartment for 6 people you have 6 forks, 6 spoons etc. This is not unusual for many places but somebody has to change that. Give us more spoons! In the price is icluded final cleaning (70E). But we found many dust under the bed. And maybe I would't write this but in the end we forgot to throw some cans under the sink and some lady came and was rude to tell us that we have to throw the cans. Sorry for that, but the negative energy of this place is too much. Btw we travel for 20 years in San Vigilio and we didn't have that experience.

I liked the position of hotel and how close the bus stop was and the fact that it had garage

Early checkout was at nine in the morning. I guess it is my fault becuase I didnt pay attention while booking but they were not flexible at all, even though I have a little baby. We were out at 9:01. So, out of your last day, you get only the night before. Also, the lady who inscpects the apartment spoke only german.

Property had garage for car and ski area where you can leave you ski equipment. Apartment was perfectly clean. Family owned apartment, very friendly staff.

Bed mattress could be better.

Nice accommodation with a good location for excursions around the Dolomites. Large apartment with everything you need. Good parking facilities in the building with a lift directly up to the apartment

The wifi connection did not work on the first floor.

The apartment was very spacious and nicely decorated. It was nice and warm inside as the apartment has underfloor heating. Parking was in the garage, which is great when it is cold outside. Kitchen was equipped with basic things for cooking etc. (but bring your own salt, sugar,...)

Not really a drawback as it depends on the person, but the bed was a little soft for my taste. There was also plenty of space to hang clothes, but it would be great to have more shelves in the closet.
