You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. Food & beverage services at this property may be limited or unavailable due to Coronavirus (COVID-19). This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon check out as long as there has been no damage to the property. Please note that the check-in, check-out and key delivery must be carried out at the RESIDENCE SPORTING in: Via Fontanelle 15 - San Martino di Castrozza Final cleaning is included but guests are asked to take out the rubbish and clean the kitchen before leaving. Additional cleaning is available on request and at an extra cost. When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of 15 euros per pet, per night applies. Please note that a maximum of 1 pet is allowed. Please note that the property can only allow pets with a maximum weight of 15 kilos.
