La pulizia ed il personale gentilissimo. Bravi.

The staff were pleasantly professional and welcoming. The accommodation was actually a 1 bedroom apartment with AC in living room and bedroom, spacious and very clean, with a large bathroom and an equally large shower. The bed was extremely comfortable. The apartment overlooked the sea and sunsets were magnificent. Access to the beach was immediate. Breakfast was very good.

Breakfast was good. The room was very clean and a large size. The lady on reception was excellent and went out of her way to help, organising snacks and a drink for me as I was very delayed and a late arrival .

As with so many Italian properties water pressure was low in the shower. Felt unsafe with the keycard lighting arrangements as the room was pitch black for quite a while , while I struggled to find where to put the keycard ( this needs attention). Where the property was a complete let down were the arrangements for step free access to the property. The access doors did not work on entering and I suspect never have. The property have put nothing in place to remedy this which meant I had to struggle up steep steps several times. This is unacceptable and as it stands prevents wheelchair access, which as a relatively new building no doubt contravenes EU law. Appalling lack of access, which left me very angry. It’s a shame that this property is a let down because of this. Note to disabled travellers avoid this property

Spacious clean unit right on the beach. We were able to check in early. Good restaurants nearby.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Residence Miljunka and it was an absolutely delightful experience! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the amicable staff who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their friendliness and willingness to assist with any request truly made us feel at home. The rooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained, providing a fresh and inviting atmosphere. The sand and pebble beach is across the road. The hotel staff provided us with beach umbrellas and chairs. The embankment on the beach near the hotel is destroyed, so to get to the beach you need to walk a little along the sea. The place is beautiful and quiet!

Good variety for breakfast. Good location on the boardwalk.

The stove doesn’t work and lack of utensils limits function of kitchenette. Shower stall worn out and doors did not close tightly.
