Very good location, very nice and clean apartment (exception carpets)

There were only 4 coffee during the entire stay. We stay 4 nights. In case if you want coffee it was for a fee. The carpets were dirty.

No staff, inconvenient check in, no local facilities.

Good Location close to the cable car to Lomnicky Stit

I had bad experience from the very beginning, for the checkin You need to go to another hotel 800m away from the object. The phone on the Booking redirects to some automatic reservation system. The apartment was nice but requires some small renovation. At checkin they told me to leave a car at the nearby restaurant because the parking by apartments is not available, they told me that the barrier closes for night and i should call them if i need to open it. Next day i returned n the evening and it was closed, tried to call multiple times but nobody responded, i went to hotel reception and found out that hotel is closed for 2 days (nobody informed me about this) i ended up parking in some random place and was almost late for dinner because of that, after some time they called back and told to leave the care somewhere else. Next day i wanted to use one of the cable cars, just before i left i asked them to confirm that the cable car is open and they said: yes for sure it is open. So i went to Strbske Pleso for cable car, i lost a lot of time and paid 15Euro for parking just to learn that cable car is closed. Of course i don't blame hotel for the closure but for misinformation! I don't know if this bad service was because of low season or something, but i cannot recommend the apartment, it costed me some stress and ruined my stay.

Comfortable modern well fitted out apartment. It is right next to the chairlifts so as we were there in summer we had complimentary access to the high mountains We saw deer grazing on the lawn in front of the hotel each evening

Some confusion about access to aqua park - it is not the Poprad AquaCity, but two other much further away

The apartment is nicely arranged, and the location is perfect for hikes or trips up to Lomnický Štít.

There are a few drawbacks. There isn’t enough cutlery and plates. The main disappointment was the ventilation and bedding. The bedroom on upper floor had a tiny window that didn’t allow enough fresh air inside, and the bedding was extremely hot, suitable for winter but not for summer. Additionally, the check-in and check-out process is inconvenient as you have to go to another hotel, which is quite a way uphill.
