Hotel-Pension am Rosarium

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Sie haben uns viele gute Tipps gegeben. Das Frühstück war auch gut.

Det var en supersød ældre snakkesalig dame, som tog imod os ved ankomst. Meget venlig. Fin morgenmad, med et stort udvalg af pålæg og ost.

Beds were very comfortable and room pleasant and quiet. Hostess was lovely and helpful and we were made very welcome. Everything was well organised . The old town was very interesting as the Rathaus is so old. It's close to the Rosarium.

As we travelled by train, the hotel was a bit out of the centre, but actually didn't take long to walk. Its easy to follow right up the Main Street from the station, as far as the Rathaus and follow the signs to the Rosarium.

The room was Very clean and looked after the small details. Quite and comfy. Excellent location. And most important very welcoming both ladies !

The Pension has a variety of very clean, simple rooms. Ours had a shared bath (with 1 other room.) An ample and varied breakfast was included. It's located in a very quiet residential neighborhood, uphill from the town center. Off street parking. We had driven into Sangerhausen in the mid afternoon, completely unaware of the beautiful rose garden and rose horticulture center. The Pension is two streets from the main road on the south side of the Rosarium; then its a sort walk around to the east entrance. We were told we were about 1 week before the garden would be in "full bloom" but it was still gorgeous.
