Landhotel Kussmann

Pretty village with lots of bats flying round on a summer evening. Handy near the motorway to break a long journey.

They attempted to charge us for breakfast for our child as they said our room rate only included breakfast for 2, although we paid more for a room for 3 than we would have had to for 2 and our confirmation simply stated "breakfast included". Our German wasn't adequate to discuss this in detail and the lady trying to charge us was not speaking English. We didn't pay but it soured the whole experience and we sensed a frosty attitude to us then from this lady who was serving breakfast. This felt unfair as it wasn't our fault. I suspect it was due to a miscommunication between the property and booking.com.

Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden. Die Gastgeber sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer im Nebengebäude groß und sauber. Das Frühstück gut und ebenso das Abendessen. Ich würde wieder dort übernachten.

Der Service im Restaurant war unterirdisch.

I really appreciated the garage parking that was offered for my motorcycle. Breakfast was basic continental breakfast, and it contained everything I needed to start my day. Room was spacious and the bathroom was clean. Very good value for money for a motorcyclist needing a place to rest during a trip through Germany.

Familiär geführtes Hotel mit sehr freundlichen/hilfsbereiten Gastgebern. Es gab eine Garage für die Fahrräder und ausreichend Parkplätze für Autos Unser Zimmer hatte einen Balkon mit Gartenblick. Ordentliches Frühstücksbuffet, auf Wunsch Rühr-/Spiegel-/Ei Sehr leckeres Essen im integrierten Restaurant.
