Rezeption nicht besetzt. Kein Ansprechpartner. Keine Rückmeldung auf Anfragen per Web, Mail und Anrufbeantworter. Die Kissen sind Hölle. Bahngleise direkt vorm Fenster. Das mobile Klimagerät leider nicht ausreichend um gegen die Hitze im Zimmer anzukommen.

Perfekte Lage! Nah zur S-Bahn Babelsberg, 23 Min. nach Berlin, 5 Min. zum Podsdam HBF. In der direkten Umgebung viel Gastronomie. Zimmer (9) groß mit Balkonzugang. Achtung: nicht barrierefrei trotz Aufzug. Sauber. Betten ok. Dachzimmer, gut isoliert. Minibar defekt, aber gefüllt Angesichts der Hitze (31 °C) wurden uns Kühlakkus und sogar ein Zimmerwechsel angeboten.. Frühstück sehr gut ( Brötchen-Brotauswahl, Rührei, Aufschnitt, frisches Obst, Saft, Müsli...). Unser Highlight:: Beschrankter Parkplatz ist im Preis enthalten. Am Ende geht es um das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis: Das ist hier topp. Drei Nächte inklusive Parkplatz und Frühstück 305 Euro. Wer kann das toppen?

Das hier ist kein Spahotel! Wer das will, muss woanders hingehen. Aber: keine ernsthaften Mängel!

Sehr, sehr freundliches Personal. Zuvorkommend und entgegenkommend. Lage genial als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge.

Auf dem ersten Blick nicht sofort erkennbar,aber bei genauerem hinsehen doch viele kleine Stellen wo neue Farbe nötig wäre.Stühle schon sehr abgenutzt.
