Location was good, The room i booked was already occupied and therefore I got another room which was better than what i booked.

Kitchen and bathroom was not clean enough, Even though manager allowed us to use bathroom on other floor. there was a lady on first floor was not happy and told me to use the bathroom at my floor where commod seat was broken and was not clean enough.

Nothing sort of liking it. It was very bad. The rooms were stinky and I was given a room in underground storage room where even dogs would also not like to stay there. It is so disturbing for me too go through such hotels via booking.com. I am feeling distress and stressful after visiting this hotel. All our vacation turned in tragedy. My wife & my son did not sleep in that room instead , she stayed in my friend's room in the same property. I will never ever go through booking.com and I would also like to refund all my amount.

Nothing. It’s one of the worst experience ever. With such a high price this is just unacceptable How come booking.com provides such accommodations.

Room, bed, mattress, blankets, cleaning, no balcony, toilet is broken,not hygienic at all.

No TV in a room, furniture old, blinds broken on windows.

The guest house is far from the city centre, I had a triple room economy and it was horrible, room was dirty, furniture dirty and old, located in the underground, there was only one small window. Very noisy I could listen the other guests, all common facilities very dirty. I didn't enjoy my stay, I couldn't even shower because it was dirty.
