Hostal Mamà Mambò - Zona Colonial

The property is well decorated and the communal table is a lovely place to eat breakfast and meet other guests. We found parking easily on the street opposite. Excellent air con which cooled the room down quickly! It’s situated within walking distance from all the main sites.

The traffic to the hostel was very busy but can’t be helped! The room was small but very functional. The owner doesn’t speak English but we were able to communicate and check in.

Esta muy bien ubicada a pasos de la zona colonial de la ciudad y el lugar es muy lindo las habitaciones son grandes y tiene una hermoso salon de estar y esta todo ambientado a un estilo afro y vintage. A pesar de que los baños son compartidos siempre están muy limpios. El staff es muy amable y atento, me dejaron dejar mis mochilas luego de hacer el checkout para poder recorrer un poco mas de la ciudad mientras hacia la hora para tomar mi bus. Lugar muy seguro tambien

El desayuno fue muy chiquito para mi gusto. Me hubiese gustado tener más café a disposición jugos y pan

El lugar está fenomenal, el personal muy atento. Insuperable en relación calidad-precio

The room was small but conformable and clean. This place is great if you want to discover the center paying an affordable price. The breakfast was traditional and very tasty. At the moment the best Dominican breakfast we had (we repeated it in some other places but nothing compares to Mama Mambo’s mangu

The noise (not the owners fault but if you are a sensitive person you should not sleep in Santo Domingo)

l accueil est tres symparhique. la literie est bonne. la dexo est originale et plutot sympathique. le perit dejeuner est copieux .

comme dans toutes les villes de republique dominicaine, le bruit incessant .Lorsque ce n est pas la musique trop forte , ce sonr les 2 roues qui petaradent a toutes heures. et les gens qui crient pour se parler. je me pise la question de savoir si les dominicains be sont pas tous nés sourds (je plaisante) mais c est factuel...
