Hotel Alex

Goed ontbijt.

Kamers kwamen totaal niet overeen met getoonde foto's. Wij hadden 2 kamers op 1e verdiepinng. Voor de ramen zaten tralies (niet echt handig als er brand uitbreekt).

Ontbijt was heerlijk, uitgebreider en beter dan bij andere hotels in dezelfde prijsrange. Fietsen huren was mogelijk met een zeer goede prijs/kwaliteit. Met de fiets in 10 minuten bij strand en flexibel. Mooie rustige kamer met groot balkon.

Geen opmerkingen.

Everything was clean and looked very modern.

In the quiet part of Lignano (which is what we preferred), a but further from the beach (~20 mins by foot), but you can rent a bike for 5€ per day at hotel so it’s not such problem. The walk to the beach was actually very nice as the whole neighborhood was lovely. Parking space available next to the hotel and the breakfast was ok for few days (could be a problem for longer stay as they were basically all the same each day).

The rooms have AC, but without the remote, so you cannot really control the settings. Having the AC right above to door and aiming on the bed, it was not the ideal solution and we had to keep it off at night to not wake up sick. Windows open would not help as it was hot & there are no mosquito nets on the windows.
