La cama es muy muy mejorable. Pequeña y, o era muy vieja y estropeada o de muy baja calidad. La ducha no es nada hermetica y provoca que el baño se moje en exceso

Ubicacion y limpieza

The property is well located near the aqueduct, historical centre and the bus drop off (from the train station). The communication prior to check in was good, and the check-in was with a very friendly and helpful person. The rooms are ok – not amazing but fine for a short stay.

Very unfortunate situation with insect bites, insects in the bed, and a lack of customer service. It was explained to me that I could hang a notice in the door if I required cleaning. As I was staying for only two nights, I did not think this would be necessary. After the first night, I woke up with insect bites on my body. Later in the day I noticed an insect crawling in the bed sheets. I messaged the property to request cleaning and a change of bed sheets. The property refused my request for cleaning and change of bed sheets, on the basis that I had requested outside of normal cleaning ours and said “we will not be working in the afternoon”. I would understand this reason if I requested routine cleaning outside of the normal hours. However the issue I had raised was a serious hygiene and sanitation issue and I would have expected a swift response. I then had to sleep a second night in the room, knowing that I had suffered insect bites and there were insects in the bed. I raised this matter with Booking.com (sent photos of the insect bites and an insect I found in the bed) and requested a refund for 1 night of the stay. Booking.com said a refund could only be issued with the permission of the property. Following contact between Booking.com and the property, the property have advised the same explanation as I was given at the time – because I had requested cleaning and new sheets outside of the normal hours, they will not issue a refund. This is wholly unsatisfactory and ignores the fact that I had requested cleaning and new sheets due to a serious sanitation issue (insect bites and insects in the bed) – it was not a routine request. My complaint with Booking.com remains ongoing.

La limpieza, lo bonito que lo tienen. Recién reformado.

The location is excellent.

The bathroom needs a deep clean.
