"SCAM! DONT STAY HERE EVER"

Awful decision to book here. This is what my room looked like st check-in.

My room wasnt even cleaned after the previous guest, dirty vef sheets, unmade bed and trash in the bins! Nobody to speak to and whatsapp is an AI bot, telefon number never picked up and even BOOKING was unable to reach them. I had was left stranded and had to find an alternative place to stay. To this day I haven't received a reply at all.

Que no me dieron habitación y tuve que descansar en uma silla toda la noche,,deja mucho que desear,es la segunda vez que se equivocan con la habitación y sigo esperando una respuesta por parte de la gerencia del lugar,,,muy decepcionado,no recomendaré a nadie

La localización.

Me enviaron un mensaje con la habitación equivocada. Intenté llamar en 3 ocasiones con horas de diferencia y nadie contestaba. Al final encontré mi habitación por intento y error. Olía a moho y humedad, no podía dormir. El lavabo tenía un charco de agua con gusanitos negros nadando. Al final me fui una noche antes y pillé otro hotel.
