"Hotel handy for Reit im Winkl ski area"

Booked 2 x double rooms for a family of 4. Rooms were large and clean with a good shower. No breakfast is provided, but guests have the use of the dining room/ kitchen with oven, toaster etc. Plenty of parking, but a little bit outside the town, so a car required. Ruhpolding is a pleasant small town with some good places to eat. Handy for the ski area of Reit im Winkl.

We were probably unlucky, but a family in 2 of the other rooms were extremely noisy with children running around and shouting on the landing and stairs into the early hours, and a television on very loud until after 1am and on again before 6am. I had a word with the other guests and it improved, but led to a disturbed lack of sleep, which is not ideal when skiing all day! Only met the owner the evening before leaving.
