Preis / Leistung für das Frühstück (10,00 €)waren in Ordnung. Lage der Pension ist sehr gut.

Ein kleiner Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer oder ein Getränkeautomat wären sehr schön. Leider sind in Pottenstein bereits 22 Uhr alle Gaststätten geschlossen.

We had one of the rooms on the balcony. The windows were not a problem once we discovered the outside shades. It was very quiet and relaxing. Breakfast was traditional.

Check in was a bit difficult with the older man not speaking English and our broken German. We thought we understood him saying breakfast including, but it wasn’t. It was only 5€ per day per person and a lot healthier than going to the bakery.

The breakfast was really good, the location was in the middle of pottenstein and the hosts were really nice and helpful.

Very friendly host. We arrived very late due to bad traffic, but he stayed up to check us in and do the paperwork. We had to pay cash for the room upon check in, but I had already expected that due to a previous comment before booking. Very clean and spacious room. Short walk to a bakery, some restaurants, and view points. There is free parking across the hotel from 6pm-9am. After that, it's metered paid parking.

I don't have any 'real' complaints. The rooms were a little outdated, but they were clean and the price was great for the area.

They didn't warn us that we could only pay in cash. The staff does not speak English so communication was difficult. Breakfast is poor. I do not recommend it.
