Room needs bedside lamps and charging points on both bed side stools

The owner was very helpful and friendly. Our room was spacious with an efficient bathroom. Breakfast was very good. Good location: 10 minute walk to the old city area. Secure bike parking with a bike shop next door.

No AC so we kept the window open but then had traffic noise in the morning. Not a serious concern.

Friendly reception - showed us a different room in case we thought it would suit us better. Helped carry luggage to our room.

The host was very friendly and helpful. We could put our bikes in the garage. He let us choose between two rooms. Bathroom newly renovated. A good breakfast for just 6 Euro. Great

The hospitality from the staff was nice.

Room was too small for the price. There’s no AC; it’s almost impossible to sleep in summer. Commode was leaking water. Breakfast was passable - no buffet available.

The owner was kind, friendly, and extremely helpful. We arrived during the period when the Donau was flooding and thought we would have to severely modify our trip. The owner called ahead to our next hotel in Passau to make sure it was not flooded. He also helped us choose a safe route and recommended a stop in between. He truly saved our trip. The hotel also offers secure bike storage. The hotel is located a short 15 minute walk from centrum and numerous restaurants.
