Het ontbijt was prima, voldoende keus. Het personeel zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam! Het hotel was heel schoon en alles was keurig, en bovenal ook op een pachtige locatie.

Misschien bereikbaarheid, internet, maar dat is niet te wijten aan het hotel, dat geldt voor het Sauerland of aan mijn provider.

Et meget hyggeligt og skønt sted. Dejlig atmosfære og meget god mad. Dejlige gåture i området.

When we arrived our dog was not welcome! Even though it is marked as a pet friendly hotel. I did not contact the hotel upfront, thinking that taking the dog to a dogfriendly hotel should not be an issue, my bad! The lady of the house was very unfriendly and wanted us to leave, her husband therefore was at least helpful and tried to find a solution. In the end after a long discussion we were allowed to enter the room with our dog but needed to pay 180€ extra for 2 nights, cleaning costs. We did agree, there was no where else to go and it was late already. Unfortunately the room wasn’t clean with our check-in. When they charge us 180€ for cleaning, pretending to be a high-class hotel I do expect the room to be proper clean when entering! There were spider webs in the corners. Besides that the room was very pretty and we loved the design. Also the area and hiking options were amazing. We did not eat breakfast as we did not feel welcome. The lady even asked us if we could let our dog stay in the car during night?! Even though they had a dog themselves. And complained about the hair of the dog straightaway.
