Rein gar nichts!

Das Gasthaus hat uns in keinster Weise gefallen, da es nicht in der Lage ist, die Zimmerbuchungen korrekt zu verwalten, so dass wir bei Ankunft zum angegebenen sowie seitens des Gasthauses bestätigten Zeitpunkt mit der Aussage, es läge keine Buchung vor und sie wären sowieso ausgebucht, abgewiesen wurden. Daraufhin mussten wir uns kurzerhand vor Ort um eine Übernachtungsmöglichkeit kümmern, die deutlich teurer war. Am nächsten morgen haben wir dort durch Zufall von anderen Gästen erfahren, dass sie genau das gleiche Problem hatten. Deren Buchung erfolgte ebenfalls über ein Online-Anbieter, allerdings nicht booking.com.
