Location is convenient to Rose Barracks. Nice paths for walking around the village. Room and bathroom were clean.

Property is different than portrayed in the listing - there isn't a lake on or close to the property. We felt everything was "nickel and dime" - we were charged 1.50 per coffee pod even though the coffee maker is in the room, which is not a normal practice in the majority of hotels/pensions where we have stayed.

Check in was easy. If you are coming really early or late, might want to clarify this. It's not a traditional hotel set up. Parking out front and easy. Was very quiet. Snacks and drinks in room for purchase. Nespresso machine in room. Room was clean, small, very small but comfortable. Storage was respectable for so small a room. Good value for price.

It didn't bother me, but there is nothing in the area, very rural.

Location is 5 min from Vilseck Army Post and there are a few good restaurants within 10 min. it is a quite setting, tucked away in a rural area. The internet was good (over 100MB). Check in and out was super easy and there is parking on site.

We were traveling to Vilsek for a basketball game and found this spot very convenient to the venue. The owner was very helpful and our room was just as expected. There was a refrigerator with drinks and snacks as well as dishes! Though breakfast wasn't an option while we were there, we found a nice bakery nearby.

It was a bit smaller in the room than I thought...but it was comfortable and good for our purpose in visitng the area.
