The apartment has everything you need. It is clean and equipped, the bed is comfortable, hot water flows (just a little pressure) and a shop is right around the corner. Both beaches are 8 min walk.

When check-in the man from staff was trying to conviced me about different amount of what I should pay. Just show every confirmation from booking and you should be ok. Also they have quite bad exchange rate if you pay in their pesos and not US$.

Fantastic Guesthouse!! Very clean, confortable and quiet place

The place is ALMOST TOO GREAT for what it costs. Rooms are clean and nice, there is a ceiling fan AND A/C so temperature is perfect at all times. Rooms are very well isolated in terms of humidity, bugs or noise so comfort is assured. The bathroom and shower worked great and were really clean. The staff was nice and always ready to help and give you directions. The location was REALLY close to the city center and beach. The desk was great for studying and working. We felt comfortable and at home.

Wifi is slow and a light switch wasnt working perfectly (it did work but it needed to be pressed a bit harder for it to work). Honestly those were the ONLY things that weren't perfect, and thats saying A LOT.

The Green Garden and the stuff are amazing. My room was really clean

Simple and clean guesthouse. Everything is only a few minutes away by foot. The area is relatively quiet.

The AC was a bit noisy sometimes.

The place is well located. Near the beach and downtown as well as market and restaurants. The staff is very kind and extremely helpful. Titika helped us with suggestions and with some tours as well as with how to get around.

The bed is not very comfortable. It seems they have been used for a while. The internet connection also did not work very well in the rooms.
