The location was perfect ideal for exploring the area. The room was spotless and very well maintained. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful. I especially loved the beautiful Caribbean style design of the property it made the stay feel relaxing and authentic.

Location

This hotel is fine if you just need a place to sleep, but there are major downsides. The staff speaks loudly throughout the day, making it noisy and disruptive. Cleanliness is a big issue – the room didn’t feel fresh, the bathroom needed a deep clean, and I even found a dismembered cockroach and wilted flowers that should’ve been thrown out long ago. Overall, not worth returning to.
