Great room! White, natural light, clean. Modern, and excellent hot water.

Needed a drinking water refill station to cut down on plastic bottles and for easy access ongoing.

My room had a full-on view of the mountain and stream. However, only 3 rooms in the hotel have this view: 1, 8, and 16. Try to get one of these because, from what I understand, the other rooms don't have much of a view at all. The place was really clean and well-maintaind. The location is perfect - 50 meters from the bus station but completely quiet because the rooms front the river, not traffic. However, the location is right at the edge of the commercial section, literally a block from the start of everything you could need. Breakfast was plentiful and nicely served on the balciony.

This is a family-run hotel, and while everyone was very nice, they live on site and their door gives on to the reception area. If you wanted something you knocked on their door. I felt a bit uncomfortable knocking on someone's private residence, disturbing them for what might have been something trivial, but as they did not staff the reception desk I felt I had no choice. I would have preferred if they had posted hours where they are at the desk. I could speak to them during these times so I wouldn't feel I was disturbing them with questions or requests.

Very good location however the waterfall close by is loud. If you can't sleep with the sound of a powerful waterfall then it could be an issue.

The toilet leaked and the flush was not reliable. Management was responsive to try to fix but it only worked for a day each time.

바뇨스 버스 터미널 도로 건너 다리 건너기 전 왼편 50미터쯤 위치 좋습니다. 산전망 비켜서 보입니다. 16평망미터 크기 기대보다 좁습니다 강을 나가서 다리 전망을 볼수 있습니다. 바뇨스는 작은 도시라 도보로 이동은 어렵지 않습니다.

도착하니 문이 잠겨 있어서 문 열어 주기를 기다렸고, 방은 구조가 맘에 들지 않았다. 침대가 벽에 가려져 답답했고 더운물은 나오지 않아 추워서 샤워 한번 안 했다. 화장실 변기 위 수납장에 가려서 변기 내릴때 정말 불편했다. 산전망 기대 안 하는것이 좋았어요 가방 둘 자리도 부족.앉을 자리 의자 하나는 심하다 싶었어요 2인방인데.../16평방미터 보다 18평방미터 크기를 선택 하세요 후기 읽고 전망에 혹 했습니다. 돈 많이 주시고 넓은방 권합니다. 프론트에는 직원 늘 자리에 없습니다.

La vista, atención y sus instalaciones

The hotel is spotless and everything is in excellent condition. The staff are nice and helpful. It is in a perfect location: right on the river (so a great view and river sounds) but literally only 50 meters from the bus station and the beginning of the town. I loved my stay there!

I have no complaints.

Great location. Close to everything. Loved sitting on the shared balcony and watching the bungy jumpers and taking in the beautiful views. Beds were clean and comfortable.

Cold shower, which is typical in accommodations in much of Ecuador, but after hiking and with cooler evenings, a hot shower would be nice. This is a minor complaint.
