Beachfront and just enough far away from the centre for tranquility at night and a not crowded beach during the day, it was more the surfers area. About 15 min walk from the centre alongside the beach. Good quality/price!

the location was amazing. right on the beach. the staff was so friendly. the facility are very clean. fresh drinking water available. friendly cats as well and a cute pup stay there. would definitely come back again!!

we like everything about this place.

Location was really good, directly on the beach. It is not in the centre but that made it perfect for us as it is more quiet.

It feels a bit expensive compared with others.

+ amazing location directly at the beachfront

- bad Wifi, only worked partly - Toilet flush didn't work properly - dirty sheets / pillows with animal feces - overpriced for what you get in return

The location is excellent, it's in the quiet side of montanita. It's right on the sand and at the best surfing spot. The staff is friendly and the place is very safe. The internet was very good, I worked and had several business calls without any problem.

The room didn't have a great ventilation so it smells very moldy. The towels had some stains but were clean. The price is cheap compared to the other ones and the facilities reflect that.
