EEEEEEEEEETiismani Villa was a lovely find, we booked a bit last minute and the owners were very accommodating and let us check-in early as the room was free. The villa is located in the residential part of Kardla, around 15 minutes walk to the center. The villa and room was impeccably cleaned and there were little touches throughout that were very thoughtful. The room was comfortable and beds are narrow but very cozy. The bathroom is airy and open and the open concept shower was easy to navigate. The kitchen is stock full of cookware and utensils to share with the other 4 rooms in the house, and even has a free coffee machine. Internet was a little weak at times but it was overall an amazing stay.

EEEEA very nice compound, quiet neigborhood. Big dining/living room area. Clean rooms, Very nice bathrooms. Walkable to center. Coffee provided fr free. Great kitchen ware.
The building has a slanting roof, causing inside 2nd Fl cealings in room to "fall" by the walls, can hit the head. An ongoing river bridge construction, only accessible for small cars to get to the compound. Bigger vans/SUVs had stay outside by the gate. I'm sure it is temporary.
