Couple getaway to a freshly renovated apartment

The listing is very misleading. This is not a "couple's getaway" and definitely not "freshly renovated" (unless that was 15 years ago). The "deluxe double room" is far from deluxe and should be described more honestly. We didn't expect much for the price, but even our low expectations were disappointed. The walls are paper thin, you can hear absolutely everything, including people tossing and turning in their bed in the other rooms. The mattress was an old spring type and very uncomfortable, causing pressure on ribs and hips. Cleanliness was also lacking, a strong dust smell was present when you lay in bed. While some of these issues might be tolerable given the price, what made the stay truly unpleasant was the overall environment. There was a strong, unpleasant smell throughout the apartment; a mix of stale alcohol, sweat, and poor ventilation. The smell was so intense that it made it difficult to sleep, and was one of the reasons why I kept waking up. We also did not feel safe. When we arrived late in the evening (22ish so it was dark already), we were unexpectedly greeted by a half-naked man lying in a bed with the door wide open, who mistook me for someone else. This was very unsettling. We did not feel comfortable staying there or even leaving our car outside. Although the room had a lock, we chose to leave early at 6am. If you're just looking for the absolute cheapest option, this might work but be aware of what you're booking.

Ausreichend großes ordentliches Zimmer

Die Matratze war so durchgelegen, sehr unbequem und tat am nächsten Morgen alles weh! Zudem sind die Wände/ Türen sehr dünn, man hört alles aus den anderen Räumen - sehr laut!
