L'ambiance constructions locales en bois et terre nous a convaincu pour la réservation. Les constructions et jardins sont sympathiques

Les chambres ont deux lits de 90cm posés sur dalles impossible de les rapprocher. Pas super pour les couples. Les services sont inexistants ou hyper longs. A l'accueil la fille ne parle pas anglais pas français... elle traduit avec son téléphone et ne comprends pas grand chose. Les repas et petits-déjeuners sont très moyens. Il faut choisir la veille, son plat et son horaire. Nous avons eu un supplément pour avoir demandé du pain et de l'eau en plus au petits-déjeuners...... alors que nous avons pris le repas du 31 décembre déjà pré-payé, dans un autre hôtel plus festif. Il n'y a pas de wifi dans les chambres ni sur les lieux de repas, il faut monter sur un toit ??? Bref très déçus des prestations et du manque d'implication du personnel pour le prix. On se croirait dans un camping plus que dans un hôtel !

LE FAIT QUE NOUS NE PUISSIONS PAS PRENDRE NOS PETITS DEJEUNERS PLUS TOT ALORS QUE CELA ETAIT POSSIBLE LORSQUE VOUS ETES ACCOMPAGNES D UN GUIDE. LE FAIT D'ATTENDRE VRAIMENT TRES LONGTEMPS AVANT D ETRE SERVI.

The place and location is good.

Dining is outdoors, which can be very cold in winter and may affect the overall experience. The staff is cold and not very pleasant. You have to ask for everything several times, and they never offer solutions. Muesli and dried fruits were not available at breakfast. We were only served a yogurt and had to go back and ask for something else to put in it - nothing was suggested. The rooms we were given did not look like the pictures of the Suite with terrace and felt significantly smaller. Food is not the best and arrives cold.

Fijne grote kamer met een top Egyptisch ontbijt!

Safari vonden we aan de dure kant voor Egypte.
