Localisation, propreté et hôte très hospitalier. Nous avons également trouvé que la literie était la meilleure de notre séjour de 15 jours en Égypte. Le logement est situé à 3 minutes à pied de la rue principale qui longe le Nil. Cela permet la proximité sans les bruits et lumières incessantes. Sans conteste le meilleur choix niveau Qualité / Prix / Hospitalité. Je recommande vivement.

Nous avons bénéficié de l’aide du propriétaire pour sortir notre voiture du sable et ce, à 5:30am (notre véhicule était complètement bloqué par la faute du chauffeur). C’est donc positif 😉

The uniqueness of the style was really nice. Every thing was clean and in great working order. The manager was ever so helpful whenever we needed him. Our room included breakfast. One morning we visited Abu Simbel. The manager not only arranged the trip for us but made us a to go breakfast to take with us which was much appreciated!

There was nothing that you could fault the property for but the location was difficult. It’s in a village within a short distance from the Aswan dam. Once in Aswan you will be hounded by taxis willing to take you home. You’ll agree on a price that the driver will try and inflate once he enters the village. It happened twice to us that the taxi kept wanting to stop and go no further. Both times we ended up arguing with them which made the journey really annoying. The hotel is not yet on Google maps so I would strongly urge the property management to put a step by step guide in the local language for a taxi to follow. As you will see, there has been so much effort put into making this property enjoyable that it’s a shame to lose guests because of the constant hassle finding the place. I loved the place but wouldn’t stay there again without step by step directions.

La struttura è ben tenuta, grande e bella colorata, inserita nel contesto di un villaggio caratteristico. La camera pulita e spaziosa con il necessario. Proprietario disponibile a organizzare l'escursione ad Abu Simbel e preparare la colazione al sacco.

La struttura è distante mezz'ora dal centro e la strada per arrivare è tutta sabbiosa e piena di buche, ci vuole una schiena sana per utilizzare il tuc tuc! Il bagno piccolissimo, circa 1m x 3m e vi sfido a fare la doccia! Purtroppo nel periodo delle due notti che ho alloggiato, non ho riposato bene per rumori esterni e interni alla struttura (sono arrivati ospiti prestissimo e hanno fatto un chiasso incredibile).

Une découverte incroyable ! Ce magnifique hébergement, coloré, très propre, agencé avec goût, jusqu’aux détails, est tenu par un propriétaire et sa famille d’une réelle gentillesse. Nos chambres très confortables donnaient depuis un balcon où une fenêtre sur la montagne. De retours d’excursion, nous avons profité des espaces de vie, dont la magnifique court pour dîner. Préparé par le propriétaire, nous nous sommes régalés. Nous avons pu egalement échanger avec les enfants de la famille qui s’amusaient dans la court. Notre nuit à ete très calme. Au réveil, nous avons découvert un village magnifique dans la montagne. Notre hôte, étaient à notre service, avec beaucoup de respect. C’est une expérience que je recommande fortement. We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms are very clean and neat. Bathrooms a bit small but efficient. The entire place is so nice and originally painted in Nubian style. After being in Egypt for a while, it is a nice change of culture and perspective. The owner is great, very nice, kind, super efficient and accommodating. The food was great and we always felt comfortable. Reaching the place can be a bit tricky, but it is part of the experience. If you are looking for a nice comfortable place outside the mass tourism, this is the place.

La posizione era meravigliosa, nella parte più tranquilla di Assuan. Un posto dove è piacevole passeggiare e trascorrere il tempo in relax. Ottima la colazione servita all’aperto, nel cortile della struttura. Camera ampia, pulita, funzionale, con un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. L’ambiente è caldo, colorato, accogliente. L’ospitalità super. Ci torneremo!
