Volvería a alojarme en Meshra Katto sin ninguna duda. Viajamos 3 parejas y todos lo recomendamos al 100%. Genial en cuanto a ubicación, entorno, instalaciones y limpieza. Personal muy atento y amable. Mohamed nos facilitó el traslado desde el aeropuerto a muy buen precio y con una organización perfecta. Una lástima que el resto de excursiones ya las teníamos contratadas porque las hubiésemos reservado con él. Desayunos abundantes y la comida en su bar ha sido de las más espectaculares de nuestro viaje.

Helpful staff, beautiful and quiet location, with view over the Nile. Nicely decorated guesthouse. The view from the terrace is beautiful.

Tea arrive after food for breakfast! You get very thirsty!!

We stayed there with the family 3 nights and had a very good experience. They pick you up at dock with their boat and take you to the guesthouse, ubicated in front of the Nil with excellent views and quite and relaxed ambient. If you ask Mohammed, he will explain you all options to do nearby and will arrange anything you need, being always honest. Mohammed and his family are good people, rooms and matress very confortable (we stayed at the studio). They cook very well, don't miss their dishes!

Location wonderful , in front of the river , relax and present view Mohamed was super making us to fell like special guests and helping us in any our needs or info.

Diese Unterkunft ist einfach echt, die Besitzer besonders hilfsbereit und freundlich. Abends konnten wir sehr leckere Tajine essen auf der Terrasse direkt am Nil. Wir würden hier jederzeit wieder übernachten.

Hotel Calme, chambre dans un style Nubien avec belle vu sur la Nil. Le petit déjeuner est en supplément mais très bon. Personnel gentil et arrangeant.

Locatie van het pension is prachtig: midden op Elephantine eiland, uitkijkend over de Nijl en de woestijn. Ligt aan de rustige kant van het eiland. Eigenaar is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Appartement is ruim en bedden waren zeer goed. Heerlijk om in alle rust op het balkon te zitten en te genieten van de natuur. Ontbijt wordt geserveerd op het dakterras, schitterend uitzicht. Ook het terras aan de voet van het pension (direct aan de Nijl) is heerlijk om lekker wat te drinken of wat te eten. Wij zijn er 3 nachten gebleven, waarvan er 1 avond een party-boot aanmeerde aan de overkant van de Nijl. Muziek (vooral djembe's) stopte al op tijd, rond half 10 's avonds. Dus eigenlijk helemaal geen last van gehad. Via eigenaar een dagtrip met privéchauffeur naar Abu Simbel geboekt, zeer goed geregeld voor een goede prijs. Wat ook heel fijn is, is dat de eigenaar een eigen bootje heeft om je naar de wal te brengen.

Badkamer mag wat geupdate worden: toilet lekte en geen douchegordijn. Koelkast was er wel, maar die werd niet koud ondanks dat hij op een hoge stand stond. Maar deze dingen waren niet storend, we hebben een topverblijf gehad daar.
