Unprofessional service, truly unprecedented

I actually didn’t have the chance to stay at the property I was supposed to have a late check in and agreed that with the property, but when I tried to physically check in, nobody was there and they stopped replying to my messages. So I was left in the middle of the street at 1am with nowhere to go, and had to find another accommodation. Finally, they never tried to write back to me to apologise for the inconvenience

Not very good, everything is old, looks better in photos. Bathroom is clean, but the room was not very comfotable. Staff was unfriendly and the feeling in the apartment was not cozy or inviting. Good location, but would not visit again.
