El personal muy amable y buen aparcamiento.

Es una segunda planta sin ascensor, los baños son súper viejos, ruidosos, sobre todo la cisternilla. Había muchas cosas en la habitación que no cabian (una cama de más, una mesa) sin sitio para ello, todo arrinconado en la pared. Y en general estaba bastante sucio, tiene una silla que daba asco, de lo sucia que está, llena de manchas. Apenas teníamos papel higiénico y para ducharte solo pastillas de jabón. Falta de enchufes y luces auxiliares.

"Mi peor estancia"

La habitación está bastante descuidada , manchas en la ropa de cama , telarañas y arañas en los marcos de las ventanas . En ningún sitio especificaba que era un segundo sin ascensor y tengo problemas de movilidad, el aire acondicionado brillaba por su ausencia , un cuadrado de 10x10cm que apenas echaba aire para dos habitaciones, rodeada de ventanas y parecía un auténtico horno , el termómetro en el interior marcaba 33 grados. Un engaño

Wij hebben helaas geen gebruik kunnen maken van deze boeking. Bij aankomst bleek dat er geen lift aanwezig was. Onze kamer lag op de tweede verdieping en wij moesten met alle bagage 4 trappen op. Dit is door mijn artrose in mijn beide knieën niet mogelijk. Is het mogelijk om het betaalde bedrag á € 52.80 terug te ontvangen? Dit zou ik heel erg op prijs stellen Met vriendelijke groet
