Peremees oli väga hoolitsev ja hommikueine isuäratav. Kui valida tuba maja tänavapoolsest küljest, siis on selge, et tuppa kostab üht ja teist. Võib arvata, et maja hoovipoolses küljes on vaiksem.

Esialgu häiris, et akent ei saanud avada, kuid kuumal ööl oli toas väga mõnus jahe õhk tänu õhksoojuspumbale.
