o quarto era grande mas um pouco pobre, achamos que pagamos pela localização e não pela qualidade do alojamento.

We liked the very scenic location of this Hôtel in Cain. Very clean simple rustic style room with comfortable beds . Dinner was most enjoyable . Breakfast was very tasty, freshly squeezed orange juice , tostada con tomate and delicious jam and coffee. It set us up for our second days walking back to Poncebos!

Amazing location on the Ruta del Cares and fantastic easy walking from the entrance. Spectacular views from every direction. A nice terrace to enjoy beer and food. Very peaceful and popular with hikers.

Upgraded to room 202 which had a double bed, but unfortunately the mattress was very worn especially on the right side as one lies in it, but the centre of the matress seemed firm and raised. The resulting slope towards the window, tilted my body and I had a very bad night trying to resist falling off the bed. With a new bed/mattress, I would have scored the stay higher.

Beautiful location and very friendly staff. Amazing views. Rooms were cleaned and fresh towels every day.

The beds were a bit too soft and uncomfortable, and the rooms don't have fans or air-conditioning so it was very hot and hard to sleep.

Auf Anfrage nach früherem Check-in antwortet man wohl generell gar nicht. Persönlich dann erfolgte nur der Hinweis, dass vor 15uhr kein Check-in möglich ist. Ich ging aus diesem Grund dann wieder, denn an so einem Ort können andere Umsatz machen. Von 14:50 bis 15:00 ließ man mich dann aber auch wohl absichtlich an der Rezeption stehen! Gastfreundschaft geht anders - aber andere haben sich dafür über Umsatz gefreut. Auf Umsatz von € 50 zusätzlich für 1 Person hat man wohl gerne verzichtet.... Denn Achtung: nicht alle Kunden lassen sich alles gefallen! Manche vielleicht schon (warum auch immer)

You hear every noise from the corridor. Breakfast snacks only available from 8.30am.
