La Pluma

La Pluma is a beautifully designed property that makes you feel at ease from the moment you arrive. Full of character and comfort, it’s a wonderful place to unwind. We especially loved the terrace and the swimming pool – a gorgeous spot nestled amongst the olive and fig trees, perfect for relaxing at any time of day. The hosts, Joy and Sham, were welcoming, thoughtful, and shared helpful local recommendations. They respected our space, but we also thoroughly enjoyed their company. The breakfast box was creatively presented with delicious food to start the day. Altogether, La Pluma is a perfect mix of charm, comfort, and genuine hospitality. We left feeling rested, well looked after, and already planning to return.

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad. Prachtige locatie, super mooie koele kamer, lekker ontbijt, goede schaduwplekken, fantastisch zwembad en rustige omgeving met achtergrond wat hanen gekraai en hondengeblaf. De gastheer en vrouw zijn super lieve mensen, behulpzaam en gezellig. Het dorpje heeft 1 bar die 4 dagen per week open is met heerlijk eten. In de nabije dorpen (dichtbij Iznajar met prachtig stuwmeer/strandje) en stadjes genoeg mogelijkheden om heerlijk te eten, op advies van de hosts. Heel veel wandel mogelijkheden om de accommodatie en omgeving. Al met al heerlijke tijd gehad.

Es un alojamiento especial, muy cuidado y en un entorno muy bonito. La piscina, estupenda. Un lugar ideal para relajarse.

Room and terrace were lovely. Had a really relaxing couple of days here. Couple who run it are lovely and very helpful with restaurant recommendations.

Amazing and knowledgeable host!

We spent 2 wonderful nights at La Pluma. Joy is an extraordinary host and she has carved out a little slice of Andalusian paradise among the olive groves. Beautifully appointed rooms (ours had a great terrace) and a fabulous looking pool (it was a bit too early in the season for us to dip). Definitely need a car here and if you can’t relax at La Pluma, then stop trying. Three wonderful bedrooms here and Joy provides a very nice breakfast. She also kindly did our laundry for a very reasonable €10. Great suggestions on local eateries. There’s a very nice hike right out the door. We only did 4 miles, but it can be extended for as long as you like. Really a lovely stay. It will likely be a welcome change from anything else you’ve been doing in the region. Top marks. Despite being very late posting this review,as we stayed back in late August,we loved everything about this b&b... beautifully created and maintained by fabulous,friendly owners. An absolute idyllic getaway in a great location.
