Me anularon la habitación que tenía confirmada a las 12:20 del día que llegaba con una excusa increíble. Tuve que anular los planes en Siguenza pq no había hotel disponible allí e irme a mi casa., total casi 900 km en un día ya que cuando llamaron estaba a 20 km de Siguenza. Aún no se han disculpado ni compensado las molestias

Me gustó el diseño del espacio y la amabilidad del personal.

Está un poco descuidado en general, hay detalles que no deberían de pasar por alto, como algunos accesorios del baño oxidados, colchones muy antiguos y, entiendo que por algún problema de humedades, el suelo levantado en alguna parte de las zonas comunes.

La ubicación y la relación calidad/precio. Fácil aparcamiento, buen desayuno. En la recepción muy amables

Quizás las almohadas, pero bueno...la habitación era muy correcta para la calificación del alojamiento
