"decepción o suceso frustrante que no cumplieron con las expectativas"

Ubicacion

¡Cuidado con Hostal Bajo La Muralla! Pésimo recibimiento, ha sido la primera vez que cansado (7pm) y al llegar me pide la señora (aparenta ser dueña) y me “obligó” a cancelar , (reservé por 90€ y quería 120€ en efectivo). Tuve que llamar a servicio al cliente de booking para saber que hacer en esa situación. La frustracion de la impotencia de haber reservado la última habitación (con cargo de 90€ si cancelaba) y que nos hayan recibido de tal forma. En la primera llamada a booking 912-672-614 cancelaron pero mentuvieron (por error el cargo) me di cuenta y a la segunda llamada lograrón hacer lo que me prometieron. Tarde tuve que buscar otro alojamiento “ Hostal Don Rodrigo”, donde no fué necesario explicar nada de porqué reservabamos tan tarde, nos atendieron con caballerocidad y respeto.

La anfitriona fue muy amable con nosotros y nos ayudó a muchas cosas. Era una habitación pequeñita equipada con todo lo necesario. Estuvimos muy bien.
