La ubicación, la amplitud

Solo una sugerencia, tiene balcón y terraza pero no puedes aprovechar la luz exterior porque cuenta solo con cortinas opacas y si las abres te ven desde la calle. Sería oportuno poner algo más claro para no tener que tener todo cerrado y disfrutar de los balcones.
