El trato de la dueña. Cosa muy distinta de la trabajadora, que fue muy profesional y cercana. Tuve un contratiempo con la reserva. La trabajadora lo hizo correctamente, pero el trato de la dueña fue muy desagradable. Poca empatía con la situación en la que me encontré
