Guests must inform the accommodations of their expected arrival time within reception hours, at least one hour in advance, and it must be communicated exclusively through their booking reservation or SMS. Bicycles, snowboards, trailers, and scooters are not allowed at this property Please note that construction work will take place throughout the building in 2025 and 2026, and some rooms may be affected by noise and dust. The property will only accommodate the number of guests specified in the booking confirmation. Please note that visitors are not allowed at the property. Noncompliance entails the loss of the deposit, in addition to notifying the authority. The hot water is provided by an electric thermos; if it empties, you have to wait for it to fill up again. Please note that the rooms are located on upper-level floors with no elevator access. No receipt of the deposit is given because it is understood that it is mandatory to leave it and without this condition, it is not possible to enter the established. Air conditioning is available exclusively in the large room. The single bed is in the large room, along with the sofa and the table. "Upon arrival you must leave a deposit of 50 euros per room for keys and access cards, BY CARD. The non-return of the keys and other rules entails the loss of said deposit."
