El personal que trabaja ahí es excelente, muy amable y servicial. Había una chica joven y Walter , ambos muy bien.

La habitación era muy pequeña y el baño olía mal . El Aire acondicionado dejaba de funcionar

"Claudia is the star of this place!"

Amazing location on Gran Via. Claudia was a fantastic, helpful and friendly host. She gave us easy to follow directions to the hotel and was so welcoming. Very refreshing for Madrid.
