Horrible todo, personal no funcional que se dedica a gritar porque se frustra (le estaban llamado x tlf mientras nos atendía). El aire acondicionado no tira nada tiene una temperatura fija y 2 modos de ventilador que son iguales. Hablamos con la dueña que vino para decirnos que nos jodemos que es lo que hay. No incluye artículos de aseo solo gel de manos. Toallas y papel higiénico correcto la ducha enana la TV no la encendimos. Las almohadas terroríficas que salí con tortícolis en una sola noche y el colchón malillo. No tienen café para llevar en la cafetería y desconozco si lo tienen para tomar algo porque solo me dijeron que me coja uno en la máquina porque no pagué los 8€ de suplemento de desayuno. Terrible experiencia para no volver en mi vida

La habitación, impecable. El baño muy amplio y cómodo. La cama super cómoda. El servicio de cortesía desde y hacia el aeropuerto, impecable. ( Hay que leer antes las reglas para usarlo y entonces , es estupendo!!) El personal, amable. Y maravilloso el aire acondicionado!!! Con 39 grados, fue maravilloso,!!! Además de que es muy silencioso.

No es una queja, pero para mi gusto las almohadas son duras. Pero va en gustos
