- Ubicación. Inmejorable. A 30 segundos andando de la Plaza del Torico. - Trato del personal del alojamiento. - Limpieza.

- Antigüedad: la primera impresión al entrar en la habitación fue la de entrar en un sitio muy antiguo, con olor a viejo y humedad. Además, la colcha que tenía la cama no acompañaba nada. Pero, con el paso de los días (estuve varios), y gracias a que la habitación estaba muy limpia (y la hacían todos los días), la estancia se hizo acogedora. - Aparcamiento: no tienen aparcamiento gratuito. De las opciones más cercanas (gratuitas) sería un aparcamiento gratuito que hay en la estación de tren (o, si se va en el fin de semana, ya sí se puede aparcar por el centro).
