Posizione perfetta,palazzo storico bellissimo e staff decisamente accogliente

Purtroppo con il caldo di Madrid un ventilatore non basta e decisamente la zona è molto rumorosa,va bene per soggiorni brevi, ma la cosa sorprendente è che hanno mandato via tutti gli ospiti per un problema con la polizia che ha fatto chiudere la struttura.Sicuramente non per colpa loro, ma è stato un disagio notevole trovarsi all’improvviso per strada con le valigie perdendo ore e dovendo cercare un altro alloggio(concordato con booking)

We loved the location and to people watch from the balcony overlooking gran via. It was east to find the building and the host met us at the main door to lead us to the apartment. We apartment was cosy and clean. As it doesn’t have air-conditioning, the host was kind enough to provide us with 2 fans. We were in Madrid in late June so it was not so hot yet and the fans and the ventilated apartment made our stay comfortable.

We didn't realise that the apartment had no air-conditioning but as said above, we had a comfortable stay.
