"Why does a Hotel not have a Hotel name or bell on the entrance of a normal residetial building?"

THERE IS NOT A SINGLE SIGN AT THE STREET!!!!! NO HOTEL NAME ON THE DOORBELL! YOU HAVE NO IDEA WHERE TO CALL!!! Standing in the street and there is no hotel sign or dedicated entrance, you are completely lost. I guess because of tax issues: this is a former normal residence apartment and was later converted to a "youth hostel". You are checking in into a large appartment, that has been splitt into seperate rooms. Tax savings I would guess. Just avoid that place, it seems to be a very dubious setting. Why would a hotel not even put its name on the doorbell?

la ubicación y el edificio en sí

la cama es incómoda, no avisan de que no va a haber nadie en recepción, aunque luego te atienden súper bien, no pudimos dejar en recepción las maletas, no hay aire acondicionado...

la atención de la recepcionista, súper amable.La ubicacion

El departamento es solo para dormir,,no tiene básicos ní para un desayuno. Sin cafetera,pava,tostadora El.departamento no está indicado con claridad. Hay que comunicarse con el dueño,número que figura en la aplicación,para que indique el código para el timbre de entrada el tema que no contesta con rapidez tampoco te explica que al.subir te recibe la recepcionista que ella si es súper amorosa y trata de ayudar. Bastante desordenada la comunicación

La ubicación, a pasos de la Gran Vía. La habitación amplia, cama cómoda, muy buen wifi. El baño limpio y con buena presión de agua. Nuestra habitación no tenía nevera pero se podía usar una en común. Excelente estadía

Ubicación, comodidad y limpieza. Atención del personal.

La entrada al edificio tiene una reja en el piso donde se atoran las rueda del equipaje. La puerta de entrada del edificio es muy pesada para empujarla
