+ English: The worst accommodation experience I have ever had. Absolutely disgraceful. We arrived at night, and our flight landed just before midnight. As an experienced traveler, I know very well that reception is not open late everywhere. That is exactly why I called the owner in advance and specifically confirmed whether we would be able to get the keys after midnight. He assured me that yes, it would be no problem — he said there was a bar open until 2:00 a.m. where we could collect the keys. Reality? Nobody was there. We were completely left stranded in the street. We called him repeatedly, his phone was ringing, but he did not even have the decency to answer. The worst part is that it was obvious he knew about us — moments later we heard him calling the bar. So this was not a misunderstanding, but pure ignorance and irresponsibility. The result? We had to look for alternative accommodation until 4:00 a.m. We were not on holiday, we had to go to work in the morning. We slept only 3 hours, and this whole disaster cost us an extra €140. A person like this should not be offering accommodation at all. This is completely unreliable, unprofessional, and shows zero responsibility toward guests. I will file complaints everywhere I can, because this was not just a bad experience — this was a complete failure. Español: La peor experiencia de alojamiento que he tenido en mi vida. Me aseguró que sí, que no habría ningún problema, y me dijo que había un bar abierto hasta las 2:00 de la madrugada donde nos entregarían las llaves. ¿La realidad? No había nadie. Nos dejaron literalmente tirados en la calle.

El apartamento muy bien, 3 habitaciones y muy limpio

La ubicacion, situado justo encima de un bar de copas, mucho ruido toda la noche hasta la madrugada

Bardzo dobra opcja na nocleg dla rodziny po/przed zwiedzaniem Gibraltaru. Zdecydowanie lepsza cena niż w apartamentach bliżej Gibraltaru. Mieszkanie duże, dobrze wyposażone. Jest ogrzewanie klimatyzacją, które prawie daje radę :) Zakwaterowanie u obsługi w barze na dole. Nie było problemu z parkowaniem.

Ogrzewanie mogłoby być nieco lepsze, żeby ciepło docierało do wszystkich pomieszczeń. Czasami mogą docierać hałasu z baru na dole.
