When booking 5 or more rooms, special prepayment and cancelation conditions may apply. Although nüa santa cruz does not have parking facilities on site, there are some paid public car parks nearby. We do not have any kind of collaboration with any of them. nüa santa cruz offers a paid transfer service (for a fee), to book it you have to contact the accommodations directly in advance. This service is different from the one offered by Booking.com and should not be confused. Since it is an old building with the characteristic and beautiful ‘Sevillian house’ architecture, there are interior rooms with direct ventilation to an interior courtyard or inside the building. Breakfast is served from 08:30 until 10:30. If breakfast is contracted but cannot be consumed due to early departure, picnics are prepared if notified in advance. "This was a charming place, in the middle of everything. We did not want to leave!"

We loved the location, the place itself was charming and the people received with a very welcoming attitude. They explained everything to us, including the time of breakfast. We particularly loved the card with all the information, including wi-fi network and password and door codes.

We did not like that there was no parking, but this does not reflect on them; it is the area. Just know that you need to pay for public parking. There was public parking nearby at a cost of 31 💶 Euros per day.

Nonostante i numerosi messaggi inviati per chiedere se fosse possibile raggiungere l’hotel in auto e scaricare i bagagli, non ho mai ricevuto alcuna risposta. Anche chiamando il numero di telefono indicato, rispondeva soltanto una segreteria con intelligenza artificiale, del tutto inutile per ottenere informazioni concrete. La stanza assegnata era mansardata e davvero molto stretta: lo spazio era appena sufficiente per contenere un letto alla francese, peraltro scomodo per due persone. A completare l’esperienza negativa, la camera — presentata come un “upgrade” — si trovava al secondo piano senza ascensore. Nel complesso, il servizio e la sistemazione sono stati decisamente al di sotto delle aspettative.

Ottima la posizione, in pieno centro a due passi da tutti i monumenti principali, stanza ben climatizzata e silenziosa per un buon riposo notturno, graditissima la possibilità di avere l'acqua fresca a tutte le ore dal distributore posizionato in reception. Riassetto della stanza giornaliero.

Le dimensioni della stanza, davvero piccolissima con spazio minuscolo attorno al letto e una piccola finestra alta con affaccio su un muro.
