When booking 5 or more rooms, special prepayment and cancelation conditions may apply. Although nüa santa cruz does not have parking facilities on site, there are some paid public car parks nearby. We do not have any kind of collaboration with any of them. nüa santa cruz offers a paid transfer service (for a fee), to book it you have to contact the accommodations directly in advance. This service is different from the one offered by Booking.com and should not be confused. Since it is an old building with the characteristic and beautiful ‘Sevillian house’ architecture, there are interior rooms with direct ventilation to an interior courtyard or inside the building. Breakfast is served from 08:30 until 10:30. If breakfast is contracted but cannot be consumed due to early departure, picnics are prepared if notified in advance. "It was great and recommended for great location"

The room was nice and clean. The location was perfect, and walkable. The staff very accommodating with everything.

Not necessarily the property’s fault, but unfortunately it’s a bit noisy both outside and inside. People come in late and don’t always respect quiet hours, often talking loudly and slamming doors late at night.

"Zeer charmant hotel op een geweldige locatie met bijzonder vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel!"

De locatie is perfect en alles op loopafstand van de Cathedral, de leuke restaurantjes en charmante straatjes. Het hotel heeft een knusse uitstraling de kamers zijn niet super groot maar groot genoeg en alles is aanwezig. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam, het ontbijt is helemaal goed en ook de lieve dame Maya die alles verzorgt bij het ontbijt is geweldig. De staff maakt echt het verschil!

"Awful hotel- avoid"

Good location

Dishonest hotel! We were given any room with no windows and next to the reception desk facing into the hotel lobby. Not at all as advertised and unacceptable. We paid €200 for this con. They staff couldn’t care less.

"Terribile esperienza!"

La posizione della struttura rispetto al centro storico e ai monumenti da visitare

Pessimo stanzino con solo una finestrella piccola che dava sulla hall dove per tutta la notte siamo stati disturbati dalla gente che andava e veniva e parlava a toni alti.Nessuna apertura all'esterno. Lavandino del bagnetto intasato e puzza terribile di fogna. Ho annullato la prenotazione ma HO DOVUTO PAGARE LA PENALE!!!

"Nice stay"

The room was nie, vibey, and comfortable. Bathroom was clean. The location is great, everything is in walking distance. The wardrobe was enough for 2 people. Staff was nice, you can leave your luggage there before/after check-in/out time. Good breakfast with available gluten-free bread for request.

There were hairs on top of my bed cover. Because the hotel is in the center, you can hear drunk people during the night shouting on the streets below.
