Alma Canaria Rooms

I liked how everything was clean and ready for guests, and all was well organized to share the space with other guests.

The only thing I didn't like was that the front windows are not well insulated, and a lot of noise from people partying next door and in the streets filtered in keeping me awake.

There is something really special about 'Alma Canaria' and it is precisely that it is run by the most beautiful souls ('almas' in Spanish 😉). I felt like home from the moment I arrived even when I was in a delicate personal moment. People there made me feel safe and that was so beautiful 😍. But just in general, the place is well located, very close to the bus station and main historical parts of Gran Canaria. The rooms and corridor are spacious and the roof space is really cool. The kitchen at the bottom of the corridor works like the heart of the house and it is always extremely clean even when shared. Thank you very much to you guys! ❣️

Not all the rooms look to the street

The apartment is a beautiful old building. They have bedrooms of different sizes, and a big common kitchen. It was very quiet and clean.

The property is super close to the city centre and there are close by transportation as-well. The host is a wonderful person and also everyone else working there! We had our own private bathroom, which was great! Clean, tidy and compact. Our room was also clean, would have liked for our towels to have been changed within a day or two so that would be a improvement suggestion. Otherwise, definitely booking again.

Owner is super nice, helpful. I had problem with light in the room and he asap sort it out. Is super clean, daily someone is carefully cleaning bathrooms.

Had room without window, that feels a bit strange. Hard to have a fresh air. But is super nice roof top, so always you can spent time there, but in the room would be nice to have some light day too.

Great staff and location. Patrick, the property manager was very helpful.

As the building is old, there is no insulation. It gets quite noisy at night.

The apartment was very well located which suited our short holiday to the islands. The place itself is spacious and has a balcony where you can view a slice of the neighbourhood and get a little sun.

Great location, 2 minutes from restaurants/cafes/bars. Pleasant safe part of the city. Access to fully equipped kitchen.
