Posizione centralissima, molto comodo per visitare la città a piedi. Personale cortese.

Le camere di questa struttura non sono per nulla insonorizzate. Si sente distintamente ogni minimo rumore proveniente dalle stanze vicine, il che rende davvero difficile riuscire a riposare bene. La situazione peggiora drasticamente se, come nel mio caso, la camera assegnata si trova proprio accanto alla reception.

"Good value for money right in the centre of Madrid"

Great location, only 2 mins from Sol Metro and right in the heart of everything that was going on. Staff were great and always very friendly. Room was small but very clean and very quiet at night. Aircon was spot on and there was a small fridge to keep drinks cold. Good sized shower. Access to the building was easy (once you worked out the entry process) and it was very safe in the area. Lots of places nearby for breakfast and evening meals. We were able to leave our bags after checking out. For being right at the heart of things it was worth the money.

Room was small so hardly any space for storage but it was just about workable.

"Very nice stay in Madrid"

Very nice staff, clean rooms, perfect location in the heart of Madrid, a few min from Plaza Major and the main landmarks. Subway stations are also nearby (Sol and Opera).

Rooms are fairly small (or at least ours was). So if you have big suitcases you will need to keep them closed or unpack everything.
