En booking, en vez de mandar un mensaje diciendo que se llame 10 minutos antes de llegar al número que te dan. Deberían avisar que el horario de cierre es a las 22 y que hay que recoger las llaves antes de esa hora. Ya que mi pareja a las 21:30 en plena cena, tuvo que moverse ( estábamos a 15 min) para recoger las llaves, si no, nos quedábamos sin poder entrar
