The host is very cheerful and welcoming. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the new ones have access to a terrace with a lovely view. The mattress wasn’t the most comfortable, but the value for money was good.

Esperienza allucinante ...dopo aver lasciato le valigie in un angusto locale che per entrare dovevi prima infilarti in una stanza che quasi sembrava uno sgabuzzino ed essere andati a cena , al nostro ritorno ci accorgiamo che manca l'acqua .mando un messaggio per informare la propietaria dopo qualche minuto arriva l'acqua improvvisamente manca la corrente mando un messaggio per informare la propietaria mi risponde che ha un problema all' impianto elettrico.Andiamo a dormire senza essere riusciti a lavarci alle 3 di notte veniamo svegliati dalle luci che si accendono, .Spegnamo le luci e proviamo a dormire qualche ora al nostro risveglio alle 7 ci accorgiamo che manca l'acqua non abbiamo potuto lavarci anche perché non c era sapone ,ma neanche fare colazione perché in dotazione avevamo solo un bollitore per l acqua...ma l acqua non c era...dimenticavo che per accedere alle stanze dovevamo passare al buio dietro alla casa dei proprietari passare in un marciapiede con uno strapiombo di almeno mezzo metro e farci una rampa di scale che con i bagagli era tutto un dire...speriamo almeno di venire rimborsati...

La localización muy buena cerca del aeropuerto y a poco tiempo de varios sitios de la isla.

Me faltó un microondas que hubiera estado bien para poder calentar comida preparadas

"Buen alojamiento para quedarte en el centro de Lanzarote"

La ubicación en el centro de la isla y la facilidad para aparcar, así como que la habitación era doble con baño privado e ideal para tres personas.

Requiere algo de mantenimiento para actualizar poco a poco las zonas comunes.

"Es un poco molesto lo de dejar 30€ previo a entrar en la habitacion pero se entiede los motivos y luego te los devolven."

La ubicación cerca del aeropuerto y las vistas. Ademas está todo muy limpio y eso se agradece bastante.

Mismo con las planchas de sonorización acústica en la pared se escucha el mínimo ruido que haya de l habitación de al lado.
