Situación excepcional.

A simple and very warm place. Comfortable pillows and mattress. We stayed for two nights and loved everything. The location is very convenient. The entrance has been restored and is very beautiful. The owner greeted us and showed us around. Very friendly service.

The second night was quite noisy because of the neighbors downstairs, but it was fun at the same time. Earplugs helped. Overall, it didn't depend on the accommodation itself.

There was a mini fridge, kettle and proper mugs and teaspoons provided. Staff was a lovely, pleasant lady. It is near the bus stop named Neptuno, convenient for heading to Atocha Station. They have an elevator.

It can be a little hard to spot the right door. Look for number 19, and the small hostel sign is at the side of the door. (See photos) If you are sensitive to noise, this place is not for you. There is noise from the floor above (walking footsteps, chair dragging, someone dropping things). Somehow the floorboards are transmitting all the noise, even those from the wooden stairwell.
